1 | Wash red, yellow and green chili. Bake in oven at 200℃ or cook on stove until burnt. Put into container with cover for 5 minutes until tender. Remove stem, bottom part and seed. Peel and chop. |
2 | Boil water, add in Penne and cook well(until transparent) without cover. Take out and blanch. |
3 | Wash sausage, slice, pan fry. Boil Penne. |
4 | Heat wok with 1 tbsp oil, sauté garlic and shredded onion, add in sliced sausage, Penne, red, yellow and green chili, mix well, stir in seasonings, and serve. |
