1 | Wash white rice, and drain. |
2 | Wash chicken feet, and remove fingertip. |
3 | Wash spare rib, and chop into pieces. |
4 | Wash black bean, chop to become puree. Remove seed of red chili, wash, and shred. |
5 | Heat wok with oil. Sauté garlic puree and black bean, add in spare rib, chicken feet and seasoning, and mix well. |
6 | Cook rice in rice cooker with appropriate amount of water. Add ingredients when little water left. Cover until well done. Add sauce when serve. |
