Cut the Squid Tentacles into tinny pieces, put scallops and shrimp meat into mixer and blend to smooth.

Add egg white, cream, season with salt and pepper.Well mix the stuffing with squid tentacle.

Put the stuffing into the squid mantleand seal up the opening by toothpick.

Pan-fry the stuffed squid in moderate heat until done.

Sauté onion, minced garlic, green olive with olive oil, add white wine and reduce by half, add tomato sauce and stock, cook for 20 minutes.
