1 | Cut the salty pork coarsely into chopstick-headsized dices, and blanch. |
2 | Cut the Chinese prickled vegetables coarsely into chopstick-head-sized dices, soak them in water for 10 minutes, and then take them out. |
3 | Heat oil in a wok, add the diced Chinese prickled vegetables, diced pork and minced ginger, stir-fry until fragrant and take them out. |
4 | Add the rice and stir-fry to hot; add the base ingredients and seasonings, then stir-fry to mix well, and serve on a plate. |
