1 | In a flat pan, sauté olive oil and onion cubes over medium heat for 1 minute. Stir in garlic. Add shrimps, calamari and mussels. Stir-fry for another 1 minute. Add red bell pepper. Stir-fry briefly. |
2 | 2. Add paella rice, fish stock, saffron and canned tomato cubes. Season with salt. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cover with a lid. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Top with seafood and cook for 1 more minute. |
