1 | In a saucepan, sauté butter, pumpkin, onion and cumin seeds over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add green apple and banana. Cook for another 1 minute. |
2 | Pour in chicken stock and water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce to low heat. Simmer for 20 minutes. |
3 | In a blender, blend pumpkin soup until smooth puree forms. Strain through a sieve. Serve. |
