1 | Wash and pat dr y dace belly. |
2 | Mix renmian paste, sweet bean paste, sugar, salt and oil into a paste. |
3 | Place fish on top of spring onion sections on a plate after rubbing inside and outside with paste. Put remaining paste on top of fish. Lastly put sour ginger slices. |
4 | Steam over high heat for about 8 minutes. |
