||Put glutinous rice flour in a large bowl, add boiling water slowly, stir to make a dough, when set, move to a chopping board , knead with hands. Add dry glutinous rice flour while kneading to prevent sticky. Knead until the hardness is suitable for making rice dumplings. Put the dough on table, rub into long roll, cut into small pieces. You can keep one half of the dough in original colour and add a drop edible red colouring to the other half, knead again to make a pink dough. Then roll as rice balls.
