Malaysian satay paste can be used for mix noodle dressing or hot pot stock with satay gravy.
Noodle with satay paste: Cook oil noodle in boiling water, then rinse in cold drinking water and drain. Place in a bowl, top with any cooked shredded meat, pour satay paste, and sprinkle with shredded cucumber, finely chopped spring onion and deep-fried shallot on top.
Satay hot pot: Add 1 cup of Malaysian satay paste to 6 cups of
stock, bring to the boil and the hot pot stock is ready. Serve with your favorite hot pot ingredients.
