Wash beef clean and slice it; wash krachai and shred it, and clean kaprow.

Cut the big eggplant into four and soak in salty water; cut a carrot into some flowers; halve straw mushrooms and baby corn; slice the red hot chilies.

Pour water into a pot, add red curry to mix well and bring to the boil.

Add eggplant, straw mushrooms, carrot, baby corn and small eggplants in and bring to the boil, add seasonings and taste.

Dump beef, krachai, kaprow, red chili pepper, fresh peppercorn, sliced red chili pepper and kaffir leaves in to stir well for serving. |
