| 50g | big eggplants |
| 20g | small eggplants |
| 30g | ed grape |
| 30g | straw mushrooms |
| 30g | baby corn |
| 100g | krachai |
| 10g | kaprow |
| 20g | fresh peppercorn |
| 1 pc | red chili pepper |
| 2 pcs | kaffir leaves |
| 500ml | water |

| 1 tablespoon | fish sauce |
| 1 teaspoon | coconut sugar |

做法 |

| 1 | Wash beef clean and slice it; wash krachai and shred it, and clean kaprow. |
| 2 | Cut the big eggplant into four and soak in salty water; cut a carrot into some flowers; halve straw mushrooms and baby corn; slice the red hot chilies. |
| 3 | Pour water into a pot, add red curry to mix well and bring to the boil. |
| 4 | Add eggplant, straw mushrooms, carrot, baby corn and small eggplants in and bring to the boil, add seasonings and taste. |
| 5 | Dump beef, krachai, kaprow, red chili pepper, fresh peppercorn, sliced red chili pepper and kaffir leaves in to stir well for serving. |
